The new accommodation will be situated behind the Alton Towers Hotel, designed exclusively for the younger guests.

The new addition is set to complement CBeebies Land, which opened in the theme park for 2014.

Since then, the land has expanded with the addition of the Octonauts Roller coaster Adventure, and is set to do so again with the arrival of a small flat ride themed on the Go Jetters.

The resort have so far confirmed¬†that the hotel will be ‘bursting with music, stories and adventures’, and promises ‘unrivalled family entertainment’.

It is not yet known how the resort plan to live up to the latter claim, after the entertainment planned for the previous resort addition in the Crooked Spoon was axed in the finished product.
