Tickets went on sale this morning (Friday 27) for the highly anticipated reopening of Dreamland Margate.

The park confirmed on Twitter that it will officially reopen on Friday 19th June 2015.

Hundreds of  guests turned up early for a chance to purchase their tickets in person, whilst also being able to claim their very own piece of the Scenic Railway.

The huge demand for tickets created an excessive traffic flow on the official Dreamland Margate website, which caused the website to experience frequent bursts of downtime.
