A trespasser caused an area lockdown yesterday after entering a restricted area of the Oblivion rollercoaster.
Entering the ‘second hole’ feature of the attraction, the man caused Oblivion to be automatically stopped as part of an evacuation procedure, with sources saying the immediate area being evacuated shortly after.
A photo from eyewitness @DJGaps (right) shows staff members calmly talking to the trespasser on location.
Following a thorough check, the ride is due to reopen this week as announced in a park statement.
